Investors can buy single units or fractional units, with structured buyouts for liquidity.

Our investors can “earn like property developers”. We aim to deliver risk-adjusted returns on time and on budget, often buying below open market value, which can create immediate capital gains and a higher return on capital from rent.

Each fractional buyer receives their own title document from the Dubai Land Department. Digi-Homes records every share and transfer on a blockchain ledger; the DLD title gives you legal ownership.

Payments go through the Jodoa Property Investment Fund, administered by an independent regulated entity that controls its bank account and releases money only to approved projects. Investments are secured against property by mortgage or legal charge, and off-plan payments sit in RERA-regulated escrow.

Options are flexible, but we usually require 20% of the property value. Because our prices are discounted to market, that can translate into capital gains sooner.

Yes. Repeat investors receive discounts, and shared ownership investors can receive bonus profit distributions. Terms and conditions apply.

Popular freehold areas include Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Sports City and Discovery Gardens. Foreigners can own 100% of property in designated freehold areas.
