We handle the land search if you don’t have a plot, plus inspection, appraisal, negotiation, planning approval, regulation and construction. Interior design and furnishing are available on request.
Fees and project cost are agreed up front under one JODOA Design & Build contract that sets out each party’s duties, standards and timeframes. Payments follow agreed milestones, which keeps costs down and disputes rare.
