Position Summary
Reports to: Head of Business Development
Employment Type: Full-Time
The Investment Adviser will provide expert financial and investment guidance, identify viable real estate and capital market opportunities, and support clients and management in making informed investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial and market analysis to identify profitable investment opportunities.
- Advise management and clients on real estate and portfolio diversification strategies.
- Prepare investment proposals, reports, and due diligence documents.
- Monitor and evaluate investment performance and returns.
- Maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and regulators.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in investment advisory, asset management, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of real estate investment and capital markets.
